The NLG-FRM (Fax Resource Module) is the latest addition to

provides full-
functioned fax call generation. For IP
subscribers, Ameritec offers a software license for the NLG-IP
product to provide T.38 fax generation capabilities.

its Allegro-IP Voice Quality Tester (VQT)
product aimed at the
developer and applications where portability and cost
management are mandatory
requirements.
The AM3-QoS Responder is used as the remote test point in a
network and communicates with an
Ameritec Fortissimo call
generator at a central point in the network. The Fortissimo
places calls to each
AM3-QoS Responder either on a repetitive
or scheduled basis and the AM3-QoS unit answers upon
detection
of a ring signal. Once answered, the AM3-QoS runs through a
test sequence with all results
captured at the central
location. Results include GMOS, G-PESQ, G-PSQM, R-Factor,
jitter and delay.

its Fortissimo-IP Network Load Generator
product aimed at the
developer and applications where large scale traffic and QoS
are mandatory
requirements.
The Fortissimo IP product is a full-featured product that
supports the SIP signaling format as well as
Ameritec’s
industry-leading QoS measurement suite that includes GMOS, G-PSQM,
G-PESQ and
R-Factor scoring. The unit provides 192
simultaneous SIP calls with full bearer path testing
capabilities
and supports G.711 and G.729 vocoding formats.
The key technology associated with this innovation is the use
of the enhanced GoldenVoice™ stimulus
to produce the
measurements required by the E-Model equation for calculating
the R-factor and resultant
GMOS, G-PESQ and G-PSQM scores.
Based on the configuration of the product, the GMOS, G-PESQ
and
G-PSQM values can be calculated on all lines/channels
simultaneously by the QoS application in the
Conductor GUI.
The application is an easy to use, yet is powerful enough to
report both the quality and
performance of a packet-switched
network transporting voice.
